From the moment a cardholder files a dispute with the bank, Verifi’s Cardholder Dispute Resolution Network™ stops the dispute before it becomes a chargeback.
If you want to protect your merchant account, Verifi’s award-winning Cardholder Dispute Resolution Network (CDRN) and patented closed-loop process redirects disputes from the issuer directly to the merchant so they can be resolved quickly and directly before a chargeback is issued.
CDRN sends a notification to the merchant and gives the merchant 72 hours to assess and resolve the dispute, stop fulfilment of goods or services, provide a refund, or take no action and accept the chargeback.
With CDRN, the merchant is always in control. CDRN’s closed-loop process acts as a direct bridge between the merchant, the issuer and the consumer, to better assist the merchant in making an informed decision about the dispute.
